Our Solution
(01)Developed and Implemented the System
We created a comprehensive dealer network management system that included automated warehouse control for parts and vehicles, as well as a CRM platform for personalized customer engagement.
(02)Implemented a Dynamic Module
A dynamic pricing module was integrated into the platform, allowing price adjustments based on market conditions and demand.
A loyalty program was also introduced, enabling bonus accrual and discounts based on customer purchasing activity.
(03)Built an Employee Portal
Additionally, we developed a corporate portal for dealership employees featuring internal training services, customer request management, sales analytics, and ERP integration.This streamlined staff operations and improved order processing speed.
